Michael Huff

Michael Huff is a second generation appraiser. He began his appraisal career in 2005 and started the Indigo Valuation Appraisal Group in 2018. Michael is a state certified residential appraiser who is FHA certified. He has experience appraising all types of residential real estate in North Carolina including single-family, multifamily, luxury homes, waterfront properties, large estates, and other complex assignments. Prior to becoming an appraiser, Michael spent 11 years as a mortgage signing agent. Michael is a native to the Chapel Hill/Durham area and enjoys working in the surrounding market he grew up in along with meeting a variety of people within our community.
Ashley Swindoll
Certified Residential Appraiser
Ashley Swindoll is a Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of North Carolina. Since joining Indigo Valuation Group in 2018 where she has been a key team member, Ashley has appraised a wide variety of residential properties including detached single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, rural properties, and other complex assignments in Orange and surrounding counties.
