Ashley Swindoll is a Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of North Carolina. Since joining Indigo Valuation Group in 2018 where she has been a key team member, Ashley has appraised a wide variety of residential properties including detached single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, rural properties, and other complex assignments in Orange and surrounding counties.
Along with her career as an appraiser, Ashley has excelled as a real estate broker. Her extensive background in real estate brokerage, paired with her deep knowledge of the local market, has equipped her with unique insights and a comprehensive understanding of property valuation. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts with a minor in Anthropology from Oregon State University. She lives in Hillsborough with her two sons, having moved to the area for its vibrant art scene.
